Jukari Workouts Make Group Exercise Fun
Doing exercise routines with a group is now made more creatively fun with Jukari Fit to Fly. Developed by Reebok & Cirque du Soleil™, Jukari workout classes have just the right environment, music, movements and choreography to inspire you to move with your Jukari group members and even anticipate your to attend your next regular fitness meetings.
Reebok which revolutionized women fitness routines with “Step Reebok” in 1989 assures you that the JUKARI Fit To Fly™ group exercises would never be monotonous, too repetitive and uninteresting. The international sports brand company revealed that JUKARI Fit to Fly classes are “extremely versatile” with a lot of different movements and inspiring music. Participants seamlessly move from jumping, lunging, spinning, hanging, pulling, pushing, flexing, extending, stretching and balancing in 60, 45, or 30 minute classes.
JUKARI Fit to Fly workout classes have also been described by Reebok and even Victoria Secrets’ models Miranda Kerr and Marisa Miller as liberating, fun, physically challenging, transformational and sensorial training experience. But this is no surprise considering that each class is inspired by Cirque du Soleil™ whose members have the passion and expert skills to bring to life a thoughtful and calculated progression of exercises while mixing it up with their own brand of art and mysticism.
According to Reebok, this workout experience is the first time in group fitness that includes equipment that provides suspension based strength training with cardiovascular and plyometric conditioning. All with the one piece of equipment, the FlySet. With this contraption, Jukari workout classes gives the sensation of flying while strengthening and lengthening the body through cardio, strength, balance and core training. Thus, it is indeed different from other suspension based classes like TRX.
Both Reebok and Cirque du Soleil™ are strongly convinced that, by combining the Jukari Fit to Fly group exercises with fluid movements, participants themselves would learn to develop their own new movement capabilities and even take their group exercises to fun levels!
